RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and how they are created we are unable to give refunds or take returned items, this is due to the following: 

Personalised Items

  • Personalised items are made to order with an image and/or text of your choice, due to this we would be unable to resell the item and therefore cannot give a refund.

  • The personalised label cannot be taken off the bottle due to the adhesive.

  • We cannot guarantee that the bottle itself or contents hasn't been tampered with.

Clothing, merchandise and gifts

  • Clothing is made to order with the size specified in checkout, please make sure that the fit you select is true to size as we cannot give refunds on clothing due to any circumstance.

  • Once the clothing has been heat-pressed we are unable to take the heat-press off, meaning that the garment is not salvageable.

Core Range

  • We cannot guarantee that the bottle itself or contents hasn't been tampered with.

  • If you are unhappy due to disliking the taste of our beer then send us a message and we can chat to you about what might suit your pallet better.

Damaged in Shipping

  • If your items have been damaged during the shipping process then please give us a call or email us with photos of the damage. We may be able to recreate your order and send it back out to you.
